Holy Grail Hair Products: Conditioner - Organix Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil

Hello everyone! Today I will be talking about my current holy grail conditioner, the Renewing Moroccan Argan Oil Conditioner. This stuff works magic on my damaged hair. Lately I've been thinking about growing out my hair, but it seems to do so quite slowly, and I am almost positive that it is due to my hair being extremely unhealthy due to a lack of hair care on my part. I haven't had my natural hair colour in a few years, and my ends are crazy dry. I had been using this when I had accidentally bleached and therefore completely dried out and killed my hair, and it helped protect my hair and make it at least feel like I hadn't fried the bejeezus out of it. So, I decided to try it out again. And it is everything I could want for my hair. It leaves my hair feeling silky smooth, smelling heavenly, and the argan oil really just makes my hair look and feel a lot healthier.

To use it, you apply it to your hair concentrating on the ends and leave it for 3-5 minutes. I wash my body or shave while I'm waiting for it to sink it. I like to run my fingers through my hair to take out any knots I have as I find my hair a lot easier to work with while I have the conditioner in.

I have definitely noticed that my hair has taken to growing a bit faster than usual, which shows that my hair is slowly regenerating, in part to not washing it and stripping it every day, but also because of this bad boy. If you have dry or damaged hair, or even just normal hair and want silky smooth locks - this is for you. You can buy it at your local drugstore, and was $9.99 at my local grocery store. The only downside I have noticed is that for the price you don`t get that much product, which means spending more money over time, but the results are definitely worth it!

Have you tried any of the organix shampoos or conditioners? What were your thoughts?

Hope you all have a wonderful day!

Pantene Pro V Root Reboot Dry Shampoo: First Impressions

Pantene Pro V Root Reboot Dry Shampoo

Hello Everyone!

I know it has been forever since I updated this blog. I started my blog because I was bored at that time in my life and needed a hobby, and then life hit me and my blog fell to the wayside. But here I am, wishing I could get back into blogging, and I won't promise when I will post, how often I will post, but I have been finding myself lately purchasing items and wishing I could post them on the blogosphere, so any time the desire hits me, I am going to get on it! One other final note before I get into the post - I still do not have a good camera, so my phone will have to do!

Today I'm going to talk about my first impressions of the Pantene Pro V Root Reboot Dry Shampoo. I am fairly certain this is a new product, and I saw it on sale for $3.99 at the store and HAD to purchase it as I was in need of a Dry Shampoo. Pantene has three different versions of their dry shampoo: Blowout Extend, Original Fresh, and Root Reboot. I bought the root reboot because it says it has instant oil absorption with zero weight.

I tried it for the first time last night and I have mixed feelings about the product. It doesn't leave my hair feeling clean when I apply it. You can feel that you have extra product in your hair. However, it did give my hair a ton of volume at the roots, which is something my hair definitely lacks, and did allow me one more night without washing my hair as my hair didn't look greasy as it usually does after 24 hrs without washing it. Therefore, although it doesn't make my hair feel clean and makes it feel like it does have product in it, which is something I do look for in a dry shampoo, it will definitely be a go to product when I'm looking for extra volume at my roots, and when I'm looking to extend the time between washing my hair.

Have any of you tried any of the Pantene Pro V Dry Shampoos? What were you thoughts? Let me know in the comments below, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
